We collect 2 types of data from you. Personal data like email address to enable us to follow up your enquiry and fulfil our service. Behavioural data to better improve our service to you, which we will only collect if you Opt In.

When you submit an enquiry to Flow with the Seasons Ltd you give us details such as your name, email address and telephone number. This is to enable us to respond to your enquiry.

Should you opt in, we collect your email address for email marketing. There are sometimes additional bits of personal information (such as the number of people in your company) that we ask for which is optional.

Operational software

For Flow with the Seasons Ltd to function as a service, information needs to be transferred internally. For example, if Joe Bloggs sends an enquiry on our website, the details of the enquiry are sent to our internal team, so the service can be delivered.

Meta

We may use some of your information to create lookalike audiences on Meta, to prospect for more customers who might like Flow with the season’s products.
